A single Aspen leaf. They're turning!
It's not just Aspens that turn yellow-green golden. This is vegetation in a valley just below the summit.
The tops of the mountains were shrouded in clouds. It sleeted with a few flakes of snow. If you look closely you can see the bright patches of aspen.
All in all, a good day.
