Brett makes these, we call them Patti's Twirly because she's the first one to ask for one. Thanks Patti! The large one is about 4' across, the small 3' and they both spin and twist to catch the slightest wind. They're well balanced and look better as they 'age'. The ageing brings out the designs he cuts into the leaves. I love mine!
